Welcome to Falcon's Woodwork
At Falcon's Woodwork, we use our skills and imagination to create unique, individually handcrafted wood pieces that are both artistic and functional.
Made from the finest sustainable hardwood, mostly sourced locally in Northern Ontario, our boards showcase the extraordinary beauty of natural wood grain patterns.
We specialize in making end grain boards, as well as edge and face grain boards, for cutting, serving, and charcuterie, all skillfully made with exemplary attention to details.
Every board is one of a kind.

End Grain Cutting Boards
Preferred by professional chefs, end grain boards are made by using the end of the wood, with the grain in a perpendicular orientation, for a firmer and more durable cutting surface.

About Falcon's Woodwork

My name is Ben Kadic
As a culinary chef I always wanted to have a good quality durable cutting board, so I decided to make one for myself.
After my first attempt I simply fell in love with woodworking.
It also brought back dear childhood memories of my attempts to carve toy cars out of pieces of wood. I continued making cutting boards and constantly improving my skills with my creativity and love for art.
Falcon's Woodwork was created in 2021 and registered with Ontario Made as a small business.
I specialize in making one of a kind end grain cutting boards, discovering natural beauty of wood grains, converting face grain into end grain patterns and creating functional artistic pieces.
My work has been recognized and displayed by the Art Gallery of Algoma, the Royal Lepage Glavota Team, who use my boards as new home welcome gifts to their customers, and by many individual art lovers.
Thank you for stopping by and taking your time reading this.
